Our Space

Baxter Hair Co. offers luxury hair extensions in a private, boutique salon suite located inside Neeley Salon Suites. Opened in January 2023 after a full 10-week renovation, Neeley Salon Suites transformed from an old dentist’s office into a polished, high-end space with 6 salon suites, 1 spa suite, a welcoming lobby, a processing lounge, a breakroom, and more.

Every detail was designed with intention — from 24/7 surveillance and fingerprint access, to high-speed internet, security systems, and complimentary refreshments. It’s a safe, private, and refined environment where both guests and stylists can feel at ease.

When you arrive, you’ll digitally check in and be welcomed into our serene lobby before being guided into the secure suite area. Baxter Hair Co. is proudly located in Suite 1, where your comfort and confidence come first. This is your time to unwind, enjoy a thoughtful experience, and leave with extensions that feel as beautiful as they look.

    4. Mentorship & Shadowing

    Mentorship and shadowing experiences are booked with limited availability. Your deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable. If rescheduling is necessary, please contact baxterhairco@gmail.com at least 72 hours in advance.
    By participating in a shadow day or mentorship, you agree not to record, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the experience without prior written consent.

    5. User Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Site to harass, threaten, or harm others.

    Shadowing + Education Sessions

    • Deposits are non-refundable.

    • If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 7 days’ notice to transfer your date once.

    • No-shows or cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice forfeit the full payment.

    4. Delivery

    • Digital downloads will be delivered via email or a download link immediately upon successful payment.

    • If you do not receive your product, please email baxterhairco@gmail.com within 24 hours.

    5. Intellectual Property
